Also below are guidelines to employers on filing claims:

A form is now available for businesses to submit their impacts due to COVID-19. We are asking businesses to submit the form via damage.ok.gov.  A link is also available on our homepage oem.ok.gov.

Please share this information with any businesses impacted in your area. As a reminder, we need to provide documentation for five or more businesses per county.
